1. What Greenroom is

Greenroom is a job-search and interview-preparation tool. It helps you organise resumes and experience, track opportunities, prepare materials for particular roles, rehearse interviews, and use live assistance. Greenroom is a support tool, not an employment agency, and does not guarantee interviews or job offers.

Greenroom gives individual job seekers tools for role research, materials management, and interview preparation, bringing the full job-search workflow into one workspace. Job information, application materials, interview notes, and debriefs build on one another as the search progresses.

The materials library, core resume editing, preview and export, and opportunity tracking are available without charge. Advanced AI features — including in-depth resume review and rewriting, role-specific tailoring, translation, mock interviews, and live assistance — use credits. The in-product notice and pricing page describe the applicable features and credit usage.

2. Your content remains yours

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Greenroom processes it only to provide features that you choose to use. Greenroom does not sell that content, use it for advertising, or use it to train Greenroom's models. Once content is sent to a third-party model provider, that provider's own terms govern its processing; Greenroom cannot make a promise on the provider's behalf. See sections 3 and 8 of the Privacy Policy.

3. AI output may be inaccurate

AI-generated rewrites, suggestions, matching results, and practice answers may be incorrect or contain statements that are not true. Check all figures, experience, and other facts before submitting content or using it in a real interview. You are responsible for the content you ultimately submit or use.

4. Rules you agree to follow

  • Do not upload another person's resume or personal information without permission.
  • Do not use Greenroom to fabricate experience, qualifications, employment records, or any other verifiable fact.
  • Do not circumvent credit, eligibility, purchase-frequency, or other usage controls, or attack or interfere with the service.
  • Do not resell, rent, or transfer an account, student status, credits, or referral rewards.

5. Credits, plans, and payment

Greenroom supplies the models, so you do not need your own model-provider account. You must have enough unexpired credits before using an advanced AI feature. The pricing page (greenroom.ungetsu.net/pricing) shows the usual credit usage for each action. Where a single request consumes materially more than usual, Greenroom may charge its actual usage. No credits are charged when the model returns no usable result, the request fails before execution, or you cancel before execution. A call that has already produced a usable result may still be charged if later parsing fails or a retry occurs.

Credits that expire sooner are used first. Expired credits are removed automatically; they cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or extended because they were unused.

5.1 Plans and validity

  • Public trial: an eligible new account receives 300 credits once, valid for 14 days from issue.
  • Monthly subscription: 1,800 credits are issued each billing period. Each credit lot is valid for 62 days from issue. The plan renews monthly until you cancel it or the payment provider ends renewal.
  • Annual subscription: 21,600 credits are included for the year. Greenroom issues 1,800 credits on activation and a further 1,800 credits in each of the next 11 months. Each lot is valid for 62 days from issue. The plan renews annually until you cancel it or the payment provider ends renewal.
  • Graduate Recruitment Season Pass: 8,500 credits are issued once and remain valid for 90 days from activation. The pass ends automatically and does not renew.
  • Top-ups: available only while an account has an active paid plan. Top-up credits are valid for 180 days from issue.
  • Emergency refill: available only after the system confirms a credit shortfall for the current action. Each refill provides 300 credits valid for 30 days. An account may buy no more than two refills in a calendar month.
  • Referral credits: valid for 180 days from issue.

An account may hold only one primary paid plan — monthly, annual, or a Graduate Recruitment Season Pass — at a time. If a primary plan is active, another primary plan cannot be purchased except through the eligible upgrade described below.

5.2 Upgrading monthly to a Graduate Recruitment Season Pass

Within seven days after a monthly plan is activated, you may pay the amount shown on the pricing page to upgrade it to a Graduate Recruitment Season Pass. The upgrade adds 6,700 credits. The pass ends 90 days after the original monthly activation date, not 90 days after the upgrade date. Greenroom submits a request to the payment provider to cancel future monthly renewals; you should still confirm the cancellation status in subscription management. Each monthly order can be upgraded only once.

5.3 Student pricing

Current students and people who graduated within the previous 12 months may apply for student pricing. You must select an institution from the authoritative registry provided by Greenroom and give enrollment and expected or actual graduation dates by month. Greenroom derives whether you are currently enrolled or graduated within 12 months from the graduation month; you are not asked to self-select an eligibility category. Applicants in mainland China may submit the 16-character online verification code for a CHSI Online Verification Report or upload reasonable eligibility evidence; student pricing is activated after review. Elsewhere, if the selected institution has a trusted institutional email domain, the applicant may confirm a matching school email with a one-time code. Student pricing is activated automatically after the code and enrollment dates are verified. If no matching domain is available or the applicant cannot use that email, current, dated enrollment or graduation evidence is required and is reviewed operationally. Eligibility is granted for no more than one year at a time and no later than 12 months after the end of the graduation month. Sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the Privacy Policy describe access to and deletion of verification evidence.

A student-priced monthly or annual subscription renews only while student eligibility remains valid. If a paid billing period extends beyond the eligibility expiry date, Greenroom will honour that period in full but will ask the payment provider to cancel future renewal at the end of the period. After re-verification, you may subscribe again under the prices and rules then in effect.

Student pricing is personal and may not be transferred or used to buy for someone else. An account may buy the student-priced Graduate Recruitment Season Pass no more than once in any 365-day period. Greenroom may request reasonable additional evidence to verify eligibility, prevent abuse, or meet payment-provider requirements. Incomplete verification, unclear or inconsistent information, or false evidence may result in student pricing being declined or withdrawn, without limiting any mandatory refund right.

5.4 Referral rewards

A referral must be linked before the referred user makes a first payment or completes a first real task that settles credits. Both parties may receive an experience reward after the referred user completes a first real task. Purchase rewards for an eligible monthly plan, Graduate Recruitment Season Pass, or annual plan are issued after a seven-day observation period if the order remains valid. The referral page shows the applicable reward amount.

Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or combined with another account. An inviter may receive no more than five purchase rewards in a calendar month. Greenroom may cancel rewards arising from self-referral, bulk or false accounts, sham transactions, refund abuse, or other anomalous conduct, and may suspend the relevant accounts from the programme.

5.5 Payment providers and subscription management

Depending on region, currency, payment method, and availability, Greenroom may present Paddle, Creem, Afdian, or another third-party payment provider. A provider that does not appear at checkout is not available to you at that time.

  • Paddle and Creem may act as Merchant of Record for the relevant transaction and handle payment, tax, receipts, subscriptions, and refunds under their own terms.
  • Afdian may be offered as a fallback for CNY payments. Where it is used, you may need to enter the order number on Greenroom's activation page while signed in to the account whose buyer information matches the order.

Greenroom does not receive or store card numbers, payment passwords, or WeChat Pay or Alipay credentials. Receipts, invoices, and other payment documents are supplied by the provider that actually collects the payment, subject to its rules. Greenroom does not promise that every provider can issue a particular form of document.

Monthly and annual plans marked as recurring are charged by the payment provider at the next billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through Greenroom's “Manage subscription” link or the provider's customer portal. The paid current period normally remains available after cancellation, and no later renewal is charged. The Job Search Pass, top-ups, emergency refills, and upgrade payments are one-time purchases and do not renew.

A price change applies only to a new purchase or renewal after the change. The amount, currency, tax, and discount shown immediately before checkout confirmation govern the transaction.

5.6 Refunds

Greenroom is a digital service delivered immediately. You may request a full refund of an order only when all of the following apply:

  1. no more than seven days have passed since that order was activated;
  2. no more than 20% of the credits issued from that order have been consumed; and
  3. the order is not already fully refunded, charged back, or in another conflicting state.

A refund remains subject to confirmation by the payment provider. When it completes, unused credits, unexpired entitlement, future annual credit issues, and unsettled referral rewards linked to the order are withdrawn. A recurring plan is also submitted for termination or cancellation. If a provider records a partial refund, Greenroom records the amount refunded; the whole order entitlement is withdrawn only once the cumulative refund is complete.

You may request a refund from the orders page, or email privacy@ungetsu.net with the order number and account email. A provider rule, dispute review, or legal requirement may require manual review. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; timing is controlled by the provider and financial institution. Any stronger mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer right under the law that applies to you prevails.

6. Disclaimer, changes, and termination

Greenroom is provided as is. A feature may change or be discontinued; Greenroom will give reasonable advance notice of a material change to pricing, entitlement, or data use. You may stop using the service and request export or deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits may also be issued through a trial, referral, design-partner programme, or service credit. Promotional credits expire as stated when issued, do not recur automatically, and cannot be converted to cash. If an account is restricted or terminated for breaching section 4, Greenroom will explain the reason where reasonably possible. Termination does not limit a data or refund right required by law.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through discussion. If that fails, the dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction where the operator resides, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

8. Operating information

Contact Greenroom at privacy@ungetsu.net. Sections 2, 3, and 8 of the Privacy Policy explain where data is stored, when it is transferred across borders, and which third parties process it.
