Sign in to your workspace
Greenroom is an online job-search workspace linked to your account. Register with your own email address or use Google or GitHub when offered on the sign-in page. Email sign-in supports a password or a one-time sign-in link; complete any verification requested on screen.
The public website demo uses fictional materials and is separate from your personal workspace. Sign in to work with your own information. Each account is for one person; different people must keep their resumes in separate accounts.
Complete your first preparation session
- Import a resume. Open Resume Studio, upload a file or paste its text, review the extracted information, and save it. Scans and images may require AI text recognition; review the data and cost notice before proceeding.
- Create an opportunity. Add a role and paste its job description in Pipeline, or save a result from Discover. Check the extracted company, role, and requirements.
- Prepare materials. Open the opportunity and review its fit report. Generate a tailored resume, company research, and interview script as needed. Check experience, figures, dates, and cited sources.
- Rehearse. Select the opportunity and interview round, answer the questions, then use the debrief to revise your materials or practise again.

Use the assistant
The assistant page and sidebar share a conversation. Type @ to reference workspace materials or / to see available actions. Make the objective clear, for example, “Prepare interview materials for this opportunity” or “Extract project stories from the current resume.” Check that the referenced opportunity and resume are correct before proceeding.
Costs and data
Core editing, preview, export, and opportunity management are free. Advanced AI features use Credits. See Credits and pricing for plans, charging, and refunds. Your workspace syncs to the cloud even when you are not using AI. Read Boundaries and data.
