What this product does
Greenroom is for the work you do before an interview. A full round of preparation has four steps: bring in your resume, create an opportunity, prepare that opportunity's materials, then rehearse.
During an interview, the live assistant offers prompts drawn from the materials you prepared beforehand. The product does not hide itself, does not monitor your screen, does not record interviews, and offers nothing intended to evade detection. See Boundaries and data for the full statement.
Your first session
The flow takes about fifteen minutes, roughly half of which is waiting on generation.
- Bring in your resume. Upload a file or paste the text. Greenroom reads out your details and each piece of experience, which everything afterwards builds on.
- Paste a job posting. The original text is enough. Company and role can be left blank and will be identified for you.
- Let it parse. The opportunity appears in your pipeline immediately, marked as generating. You can carry on working rather than waiting on it.
If you would rather not hand over anything yet, the first screen offers a sample opportunity. The sample workspace is complete and every feature can be explored; its candidate and experience are fictional. Once you sign in and add your own resume, the sample content is cleared.
