Product boundaries
- Greenroom does not provide window concealment, proctoring evasion, or detection-bypass features.
- Live Assistant does not analyse shared video or record or retain interview audio. Browser audio sharing may also request video permission.
- The extension reads and operates relevant pages within authorised tasks; you review and make the final application submission.
- AI uses existing materials as evidence but can still invent facts, misread content, or cite the wrong source. Generated output is not a guarantee of accuracy.
Storage and transmission
Your account-linked workspace is stored in the cloud. Browser copies support editing and recovery while signed in; account-content caches are cleared when you sign out. This is not an anonymous or offline workspace.
Saving, syncing, and creating share links send relevant content to the server even without AI. AI requests send necessary materials to model providers. Image and scan recognition sends relevant images. Hosted transcription forwards audio to a speech-recognition provider with limited temporary hints for recognising specialist names and terms.
Choosing a Gmail draft may send the recipient, subject, and resume text to Google in the page URL. A public share link lets anyone holding it view the associated snapshot. See the Privacy Policy for the full scope, locations, and retention periods.
Export, deletion, and account requests
“Export workspace data” in Settings creates a workspace JSON file containing the current workspace's resumes, opportunities, stories, and related preparation materials. It does not include separately stored assistant conversations, account information, or payment records. Contact privacy@ungetsu.net for a copy of other personal information.
Deleting the cloud workspace removes workspace data and content covered by self-service deletion, then signs you out. It does not close the account, cancel subscriptions, delete payment records, revoke independent share links, or immediately erase recovery copies. Export anything you need and revoke active share links first. Request account closure, corrections, or further deletion at the address above; cancel subscriptions separately through subscription management.
Confirm the rules before live use
Employers, educational institutions, and examination bodies may restrict assistance during interviews. Check the rules in advance and do not start Live Assistant where it is prohibited. Provide any legally required notice and obtain any required consent when processing other people's speech or personal information.
The second-screen feature displays prompts within the same browser; it does not guarantee concealment or avoidance of detection. Check the selected sharing area and visible content before sharing your screen.
Review the output
Check figures, dates, responsibilities, and results in resumes and suggested answers. Verify the sources and currency of company research, and check that fit reports interpret the role correctly. Errors can arise from a model, parsing, or the source material. Correct them using evidence rather than changing your actual experience to match a suggestion.
