Create an opportunity
- Add a role in Pipeline and paste the job description.
- Alternatively, save a suitable result from Discover.
- You can also give the assistant a job description and ask it to create an opportunity.
Greenroom parses the requirements and generates a fit result. Preparation materials such as company research and predicted questions are generated as needed; they are not all created automatically during setup. Check the material status before starting the tasks you need.
Update application progress
Edit the stage directly, or obtain progress suggestions through one of three routes.

Greenroom shows the proposed opportunity and stage change before you confirm it. Check the company, role, and message date to avoid combining separate applications. Greenroom does not offer a Gmail inbox-reading authorisation connection.
Understand fit results
A fit score describes the relationship between your materials and a role's requirements. It does not predict an interview or offer. Review the evidence and gaps in the report before deciding what to do. After changing your resume, reassess opportunities that need updated results.
Organise views
Use a table or board, with grouping, filters, and sorting as needed. Select columns such as company, role, stage, deadline, city, and notes, then save useful views. Keep next actions and dates current so you can distinguish applications awaiting a response from those needing preparation or approaching a deadline.
