Sign-in and verification
An email is missing or its link has expired. Check the address, spam folder, and filtered inboxes, then request a new email from the sign-in page. Use the most recent link. Complete email verification when required for password sign-in.
You forgot your password. Use the password-reset option. If you registered through Google or GitHub, try the original sign-in method first rather than repeatedly creating new accounts.
A two-step verification code is unavailable. Check your device time and the selected authenticator account, or use a saved recovery code. If access is still unavailable, contact support for account verification. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or recovery codes.
The workspace is empty after sign-in. Check the email address and sign-in method. Different third-party identities may belong to different accounts; an empty workspace does not prove that your original data was deleted. Avoid overwriting or clearing existing content and contact support to locate the original account.
Sign-in is temporarily unavailable. A service, network, or configuration issue may be responsible. Keep the error message and try again later; contact support if it persists.
Saving, importing, and generation
Sync fails or edits are missing on another device. Confirm that both devices use the same account and check the network and save status. Copy or export your current materials before restoring the connection. Do not start by clearing browser data or overwriting cloud content.
An import fails. Check the format, size, page count, and encryption. Convert legacy DOC files first. Split scans into files within the recognition page limit. Review names, dates, and paragraph order after extraction. See Preparing materials.
Generated content does not match your experience. A model may misread, invent, or misattribute information. Compare the output with original materials and references, remove inaccurate claims, and revise the input or regenerate if needed. Do not present an incorrect suggestion as actual experience.
An answer stops or disappears after refresh. Return to the original conversation or task and check whether it is running, recoverable, or already has a result. Review the usage ledger. Network retries or refresh recovery for the same operation are not charged twice; deliberately starting a new operation is charged separately. Failed or cancelled operations and operations with no usable result are not charged. If the result and ledger disagree, provide the operation time and on-screen message.
Live Assistant
The other person cannot be heard. With computer speakers, check that you are not wearing headphones. Browser meetings require tab-audio sharing; desktop meetings require system audio or a correctly configured virtual device. Check browser support, input selection, and microphone permission.
Audio capture stops. Changing devices, unplugging headphones, or stopping sharing can interrupt capture. Check the source, end the current live connection, and restart it.
The next question is unavailable in speaker mode. “Continue to next question” is disabled while a suggestion is being generated. Your subsequent answer is marked as your speech while the suggestion remains visible. Start the next question after answering so your response is not mistaken for a question.
The cue phrase or automatic trigger behaves unexpectedly. Check that the question appears in the transcript. In speaker mode, switch to manual generation if needed. For isolated audio, adjust the automatic pause threshold. Correct recognition errors by editing the question and explicitly regenerating.
Prompts are empty, contain only symbols, or do not appear on the second screen. Check generation and connection status; end the session and reconnect if the problem persists. The second screen must be another tab or window in the same browser and does not sync across devices. See Live Assistant.
Browser extension
The extension is installed but disconnected. Confirm that it is enabled, reload it in the extension manager, and refresh Greenroom. An update requires replacing the installed files with the new version first.
A page cannot be read or a form cannot be filled. Grant access to the target site when prompted and sign in there. Handle passwords, verification challenges, acceptance of terms, and final submission yourself. Complete unsupported sites or controls manually on the original page. See Browser extension.
Payments and student eligibility
Payment succeeded but access is not active. Check the account and orders page using the account associated with the purchase. Creem purchases activate after payment confirmation; keep the receipt and order number for verification. Do not pay again simply because activation is delayed. If it remains unresolved, provide the provider, order number, and payment time.
Student eligibility is pending or expired. Review the status, explanation, and expiry date on the student-pricing page, then provide evidence or re-verify as requested. A paid period is honoured in full; subsequent student-priced renewal requires valid eligibility.
You need to cancel or request a refund. Cancel future renewal through subscription management and request an eligible refund on the orders page. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment, and submitting a refund request does not mean the refund is complete. See the refund terms.
