You always press submit. The extension cannot click or submit. Once a form is filled, it lays every field out for you to check, and the only action at the end is "Open the application page".
Installing
The extension is not in a store yet, so it installs by hand.
- Download the archive and unzip it somewhere permanent. Do not move or delete that folder afterwards — the browser reads from it on every launch.
- Go to
chrome://extensionsand turn on developer mode, top right. - Choose "Load unpacked" and select the folder from step one.
- Return to Greenroom and reload the page. Until you do, the page has no channel to talk to the extension.
Chrome, Edge, Arc and Brave are supported. Safari is not. An extension installed this way does not update itself; when there is a new version, reload it on the extensions page.
Granting access
Installing asks for no access to any site. The first time it is genuinely needed, the interface offers "Grant access", which opens the extension's own page for you to confirm there. That hop cannot be skipped: browsers do not accept a click inside a web page as consent.
What it reads
Only the pages you point it at, using the session you are already signed in to. It never stores your credentials. The scope is the mailbox pages you name and the status pages of the hiring systems you have applied through.
Filling an application
Start from Apply on a row in Find roles, or from the war room. Anything already in your workspace is taken from there rather than from the model; only the questions unique to that posting are sent to be answered. Gender, ethnicity, veteran and disability fields are left blank even when recognised.
One form runs about 10 credits. A known limit: some hiring systems draw every control themselves, and fields that cannot be filled are counted into the "still yours to do" column.
