Running one
- Pick the opportunity. Questions come from that role and your material.
- Pick the round and the style — screen, technical, final. The questioning and the depth of follow-up differ.
- Answer question by question. Typing and speaking both work.
A round is five questions plus a debrief, roughly 60 credits.
What the debrief gives you
Three things per question: what went wrong in that answer, a better way to put it, and what needs filling in back in your material. The third matters most — it points at something your material is missing, which no amount of rewording fixes.
The debrief is saved to the opportunity. Next time you prepare for the same role, the script takes the last round into account.
Suggested order
The first pass is not about fluency. Confirm that every figure is right and every story holds together causally, then work on delivery. A wrong figure delivered fluently is worse than a hesitant correct one.
On the second pass, work the rhythm: whether the opening lands inside twenty-five words, whether the points are in the right order, and whether a follow-up sends you back to the evidence rather than off the map.
